By using Decemble, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Agreement & Acceptance

By accessing and using Decemble, including all content, features, and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use following the posting of revised Terms means you accept the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility

By using Decemble, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age (or age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
  • If under 18, you have obtained parental/guardian consent
  • You have legal authority to enter into this agreement
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

User Accounts

Account Creation

To access Decemble features, you must create an account with:

  • Valid email address
  • Secure password (kept confidential)
  • Full name
  • Any other requested information

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining password confidentiality
  • All activities under your account
  • Notifying us of unauthorized access immediately

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Illegal Activities

  • Violate any federal, state, local, or international law
  • Engage in unauthorized system access
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Commit fraud or deceit

Platform Abuse

  • Attempt to break sandbox isolation (Logic Lab)
  • Reverse engineer platform code
  • Scrape data without authorization
  • Exploit security vulnerabilities
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans

Harmful Behavior

  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Post abusive, defamatory, or obscene content
  • Discriminate based on race, gender, religion, disability
  • Engage in bullying or harassment

Violations may result in account termination, legal action, and reporting to authorities.

Intellectual Property

Platform Content: All course materials, problems, videos, text, and design elements are the exclusive property of Decemble and protected by copyright.

Your License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for personal educational purposes only.

Your Code: You retain rights to code you submit. You grant Decemble the right to test, analyze, and store submissions for improvement purposes.

Free Access

Decemble is currently available free of charge for all users.

  • There are no subscription fees at this time
  • We may introduce paid offerings in the future
  • Any future changes will be communicated clearly before taking effect

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

"As-Is" Service: Decemble is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.

Limitation: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less.

No Liability For: Data loss, business interruption, lost profits, or indirect damages.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Decemble may terminate or suspend accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in prohibited conduct
  • Pose a security or legal risk
  • Are inactive for extended periods

Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be:

  • Resolved through binding arbitration (except IP claims)
  • Conducted in English
  • No class actions permitted
  • Governed by applicable law of jurisdiction
